MISSION

Our planet is facing mounting pressure under environmental challenges like climate change and biodiversity loss, and escalating social issues including inequality, and lack of access to basic needs.

In the face of growing global concern over such environmental and social issues, it is critical for all businesses to adapt. Increasingly strict regulations worldwide are compelling businesses, including those in the music and creative industries, to be transparent about their environmental and social impacts. Additionally, these considerations are increasingly influencing investment and insurance decisions and customer choices. Music industry professionals need to keep in harmony with these investor, customer and audience expectations.

While these challenges are demanding, they also open the door for proactive solutions. As the demand for sustainability rises, the music and creative industries finds themselves in a unique position to innovate. Their cultural impact and global reach offer a unique opportunity to lead and amplify sustainable practices. And it's crucial to remember, ensuring a sustainable music and creative sector isn't just about protecting people and planet - it's about making sure your business continues to thrive amid changing conditions.

ECOTUNES works with an ecosystem of experts in environmental science, sustainable business, and the music and creative industries, brought together by a mission: to help you make the music and creative industries sustainable.
